The Pemberton Cemetery is owned and maintained by the Pemberton Legion Branch #201, with the guidance of a board of directors.

Administration of the Pemberton Cemetery acts in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of BC, and the Cremation, Internment and Funeral Services Act.
